D-Line Micro Trunking profiles are ideal for covering single flexible cables, with Micro Cable Trunking providing options in the tightest of spaces.

10x8mm (Nano), 16x8mm (Micro) & 20x10mm (Micro+) dimensions give options for covering cables around tight spaces, often fitting around door frames for example… 16x8mm & 20x10mm trunking profiles can also discreetly hide cables on walls, as the decorative cable covers blend with décor. While, 10x8mm profile complements corner installations.
D-Line Nano 10x8mm & Micro 16x8mm Trunking can cover single flexible cables, up to 6mm outer diameter. D-Line Micro+ 20x10mm cable hider can accommodate flexible cables, up to 8mm outer diameter. Please note larger Mini & Maxi trunking profiles are also available.
Strong self-adhesive backing enables easy peel & stick installation - all D-Line trunking lengths can be drilled & screw fixed for added stability.
One-piece design & patented click-lock lid for quick and easy installation… while also providing flexibility to add or remove cables.

Step 1

Measure length to required size, pencil mark where cut will be made.

Step 2

Use a junior hacksaw (minimum of 32 tpi) to cut length, at the outer edge of the pencil mark.

Step 3

Remove the protective film cover.

Step 4

Peel & stick self-adhesive backing to a clean dry surface. Take care when positioning lengths as adhesive backing does create a strong bond. Alternatively, lengths can be drilled and screw fixed.

Step 5

Open hinged lid to add cables, then snap lid shut, utilising the effective ‘click lock’ lid.

Step 6

The tabs of D-Line accessories simply clip-over the lengths (forgiving any imprecise cuts). *Clip-Over Accessories only available for Micro+ Trunking (i.e. 20x10mm profile).
